Report content or conduct

Notice mechanism under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act (DSA).

Before you start

Without an account, you may report a public profile, ranking entry, duel, result or other item available through LooksLadder. Give the exact username and a concrete explanation so that we can decide promptly without guessing.

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the relevant emergency service. For child sexual abuse material, do not download or send it; tell us only where it is.

Do not attach any file to this form. If you have a screenshot, send it to the contact address at the bottom of this page, quoting the tracking number you are given when you submit.

1. Reported item

The username exactly as it appears on the leaderboard or profile. A full profile link works too: we take the username out of it.

2. Reason

The first two reasons remove the person from the leaderboard on receipt, before any human reads the report. That removal is reversible, and it is undone if the report turns out to be unfounded.

Describe the facts, people involved, relevant rule or right, and anything needed to make a decision.

3. Your contact details

It is attached to the report so we can ask you for clarification. It is not shared with the reported user unless the law requires it. You do not need it to track your report: the tracking link shown on submission is enough, and you may report without giving it.

4. Declaration

After you send the report

  1. The acknowledgement of receipt appears on this page straight away, with a tracking number and a personal tracking link. The link carries the date it was recorded.
  2. The report is handled in a timely, diligent, objective and non-arbitrary manner.
  3. You are notified of the reasoned decision: action or no action, main reasons, any use of automation and available avenues of appeal. It appears on your tracking link; without an account, that link is the only route.

The person affected by a restriction also receives a clear and specific explanation where required. Timing depends on risk and complexity; child-safety and non-consensual intimate-content reports are prioritised.
